EXHIBITION STATEMENT | The Outsiders on Tour exhibition is back for its second year, presenting artworks by 12 talented artists from the 2022 Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival. As Canada's first and only festival for Outsider Art, the Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival is a platform for artists who operate outside mainstream art institutions. The festival provides an opportunity for these artists to share their unique perspectives and artistic visions with the wider community.
This touring exhibition showcases the diversity and creativity of a selection of these artists across the Greater Mainland and invites visitors to explore the vibrant and often-overlooked world of Outsider Art. Don't miss this chance to discover new artists, new perspectives, and new forms of creativity!
