NOTES FROM SANJANAL myEsprit is a free app that can be found in various languages. Its main objective is to remove the stigma revolving around mental health, help people prioritize their happiness, and provide them access to long term resources. Our app provides resources and reminders for gratitude journaling, reflective journaling and goal journaling. Users will be able to reflect and write down goals revolving around their Health and Fitness, Family, Intellectual Life, Social Life, Emotional Life, Character, Career, Quality of Life, Love Relationship, and Finances. They will be able to create goals and habits that can align with their larger goals as well. We also provide resources and reminders for mindfulness and breathing exercises, as well as mental health illness information and resources for long term support. Lastly, we also have a personal profile and provide users the ability to track their mood, water intake, and amount of exercise.
